Shuttle Conveyor Features
Shuttle Conveyor /Traverser is used to redirect flow of PCBs into different channels in a production line.It is designed to shuttle PCB's to next process. The conveyor can collect PCB's from two lines to one line/ distribute PCB's from one line to two lines.
Operating Modes:
1. Distribute sheet metal from one production line to two production lines.
2. Merge sheet metal from two production lines into one production line.
3. Three operating modes are available in the software.
4. Conveyor width can be automatically adjusted via motor and software.
5. Shuttle speed can be set via software.
6. Conveying direction: right to left or left to right.
7. Cycle time: depends on conveying distance.
8. Number of trolleys: single-head or double-head conveyor.
